Celica GT40 barn find

A friends neighbour is selling his H reg GT4. 70k miles. Its not run for 5 years and has been parked outside. Its filthy. Interior is tidy. Engine is clean and turns manually via the crank. What would a ball park price be? I was thinking £1500???

Without seeing it, I’d say it’s got to be worth £2000-£2500

Thanks for that. I may increase my offer. Apparently it was in average condition before the clutch went and hasn't been moved since. Has a Toyota service record up to 42k but that was 15 years ago. Needs a thorough clean, T-cutting, new tyres, alloy refurb, new clutch, brakes, bushes etc.
