Resistance bands. Advice.

Never used them, thinking about buying a set for some high rep shoulder and arm work as have nothing in house. Any advice on where/what to buy? Prices on amazon seem to vary hugely..and quality?

I'm thinking resistance bands would be good for warm up sets and would save time changing weights over,might give them a go myself

My daughter uses them for her climbing workouts and warmups, has one to do her aided pull ups and muscle ups, very useful for this, and very funny when her foot slips out and twangs her on the backside.
