Hiya,
the paintwork on my coming on for 25 year old 145 is in pretty good shape for it's age, but the black section of the rear bumper lets it down a bit.

It looks ok from a few feet


But closer inspection yields all sorts of issues

We've got raised dots


Lumpy bits


Crazing


Scrapes


and scratches


I suspect given the myriad of problems it's a paintshop job but wanted to get an opinion from the masses on if the idea of sanding, filling, plastic primer and rattle can is just begging for disaster?

yeah diy'able if youre into that kinda thing...plenty of bumper sprays available

make sure you use a suitable plastic primer first
