Can anybody tell me the bore size of the flexible fuel pipe for under the bonnet and at the rear of the car please? Is there a specification for the material it is made from and how much do I need? TIA

The hose is 5/16" or 7.9mm.
Be very careful to buy a branded make of hose as there is some very nasty stuff out there.
The spec is SAE J30R9 but we use Gates Barricade to spec SAE 30R14T2.
If you see hose with the SAE marking in very bold white painted lettering and no manufacturers identity then run a mile.

If a well known manufacturer puts their name on a product and you buy it from a known supplier you should be good.

I would second that about using quality hose. Its subjected to an extreme environment compared to mainstream cars and is safety critical.

At the rear, tank to pump is 12mm bore. This is not under high pressure so a lower spec SAE J30 R6 is quite acceptable.
