Ticket refunds

It's looking like I might not be able to make the revised dates, if indeed the race does go ahead in September. So I have asked for a refund on my ticket order, via the relevant form provided online. Do you imagine that peeps are working at the ACO, or are they furloughed, so any refunds will be delayed until lock down in France is lifted.

I had 2 emails from them this morning saying monies will be back on the CC in next few days .( I Applied 24th March)

"Dear Sir/Madam,

We confirm that the refund of your order for the Le Mans 24 Hours has been made as requested.

You have also received by email the proof and the amount of the refund.

You will see the banking transactions on your bank account in a couple of days.

We remain at your disposal for any further information.

Just received my refund - can't complain about the service from the ACO

Just bought the grandstand and car park tickets when they went on sale. Held on general entry as no rush for them.

If there’s an option I’m going to simply try and keep them on hold rather than the ‘hassle’ of trying to rebook.

Even if it carries over to Le Mans 2021 (possibly!).

Good show by the ACO.

Still awaiting confirmation re Team Langoustine refund. Given they promote themselves “a company put together by motor sports fans for motor sport fans” I can’t imagine there will be any issues.

Nope. The office is still closed but they did send out a form for payment details for once they have reopened.
