I appreciate my cab M6 is a wobbly GT and stock power is plenty, but I'm a big kid and live in Brackley.... home of all mothers of motorsport, so I have Thorney offering a 2 way box with factory BMW fittings, no OEM ecu software interferrence, and a warranty (mine is 2016 with 31k miles and 10 months BMW warranty) offers ~ 65hp and 135nm which would be fun, I'm not a high mileage guy, but when the roof is down - life is not a reheasal, have some fun!

Any previous experiences? I'm pretty sure they know it's all safe for a non track car!

Check out Evolve Motorsport too, got YouTube channel based in Luton. Know their M Cars inside out with optional mods etc.

NO box or other Remap is not see-able by BMW if they are looking in the event of a brake down, 65 BHP is hardly noticeable on that car, IF your going to remap/alter it, go Evolve and get real power. Still the risk is there.

Ok guys - I appreciate there's probably too much risk changing what is already a great engine & transmission, and the warranty Vs risk isn't worth it,
I'll just enjoy it for the next 6 months and maybe try a Luton map!
