Best pedal tractor for 2 year old!

Sorry folks no idea what category to put this in!
Our near 2 year old loves tractors and we want to get him a pedal one.
I was looking at a John Deere 7930 but it says 3-8 years so suspect it might be a bit big but it’s seems to get good reviews so just wondered if anyone had any recommendations.

Our drive is compacted hard core and quite a large area so ideally nothing with too small wheels.
I really fancy a getting them (we have a 4 year old as well) a John Deere Gator but they aren’t cheap and would rather they were pedalling and active!!!
Any input greatly appreciated!

All kids are different I suppose but I always thought most are unable to peddle one of these things by themselves at 2-3 years old
I was just going to make a similar comment. We got our oldest a similar one to the OP link for his 2nd birthday. 2 years later he's still not able to pedal it properly.When they are about 2/3, they don't seem to have the weight to push the pedals round. Now he's big enough, the geometry makes it awkward to turn the pedals without standing up.
His one has a front bucket and trailer which are great though.
Due to the unique diet kids with CF have, he's actually a big old lad in 4-5 yr old clothes already. The plan had been to take him to the toy shop (do they still exist?) and see which one he tried to steal, but that's not a goer for obvious reasons. Might use the old man logic of which one I like the look of the most

Just bought this last week, it's the Rolly Toys one like the £90 one from Robert Dyas, but with the front loader for £80 Inc delivery.

My lad is 3.5 years old and ~105cm tall, he's too big for it, but by the time we worked that out he already loved it anyway. It's good quality though, fairly simple to build and they sell used for good money, so you don't lose much by trying.

We have the age 2 1/2 + one for our 2 year old (a gift from the grandparents). He absolutely loves it, but looks a long way off pedaling it, so expect a lot of pushing. I keep meaning to create a pushing stick so it can come on walks. (He's also size 4-5 for clothes)
I would probably get the bigger one, as I expect it would be a better size when he can eventually pedal.

The battery powered kids one? We bought ours one when he was 3, without exception the most used toy he ever had over the course of several years. Even wore out the back wheels! Got him hooked on driving and now he’s on to bigger stuff I never need to cut the grass myself. Any input greatly appreciated!

We’d a couple in my family, they are great, re the different sizes though. Bigger ones are better & go faster, when the little one was purchased for a little nephew of his own he loved it until he couldn’t keep up with his sister (5 mins after getting it). & wanted back on the big one or tantrums. Remember “Speed Matters”
We started off with the trike like one, a direct pedal front wheel. He was zooming around on that from around 2.5 yrs iirc.
He didn’t move onto that big one in your first link until he was 4, he still has it now at 5 yrs.
He’s been able to ride a bike without stabilisers since he was 3 so it’s not the lack of ability to pedal but the 4 wheees ones with trailers are big toys, you’ll be pushing him around the garden for a while!

I had a tractor when I was 3 or 4
I used it so much that not only did my granddad have to have the axles / pedals fixed at British Aerospace, where he worked then, but I then wore the seams completely through on the mounded plastic "tyres", and they split in half around their circumference!

I’m thinking about picking up a used one and doing it up as I have time on my hands.
We’re very lucky to have a lot of garden we’ll more rough field. So think it would be good fun.
