Webshop / Distance Selling Ts & Cs

Working on 'Other Projects' at the moment and I am in need of some good, strong distance-selling/webshop terms and conditions.

Relatively high value hardware, so need restocking charges and original packaging type things in it as well.

Anyone have something there are willing to share?

To be honest the customers rights are well defined so things like restocking charge are a not an option sadly. Worth a read here:
