...or rather Justin Platt who bought the business. Bent over backwards to help me yesterday - very knowledgeable crowd too - Terry Dolphin knows more about Ferraris than anyone else I've met. So if you're in Essex and looking for a specialist who really knows what they're doing you could do a lot worse than use these guys - based in Maldon (and no, I'm not on commission)

Yes Matt....and guess what....it was indeed a problem with plug leads and extensions. THRE went through the car for me to trace it and carried out a compression test as the first step - something that I didn't have done when I bought the car - I was buying it thru a specialist, albeit privately. Relieved to say comrpessions are all good and consistent

Bet your heart was in your mouth when they were compression testing it lol, pleased for you that it was nothing more serious than plug leads.
