I have no patience, where can I get some from?

No not just 'in these times' just generally I have no patience for people or computers, maybe as I have no understanding of computers and very little of human nature! Unless I try very hard with the latter.
I do have more patience with other things, mechanical things, plants, maybe animals.

It's impossible to not work with either so what to do?

Well, if you're predisposed to impatience then there's little you can do.

But if you have the patience, you need to reset your baselines of expectations of people - work out why you are impatient towards people, what is it that drives your emotion and consider whether it's valid or not. Learn to accept that not everyone has the same outlook as you and embrace this rather than fight it - open your mind to alternate approaches, views and the like. You don't have to agree with these, just accept they exist and enjoy the debate rather than fight it.

Computers - you've answered your own question. You don't understand them. So work to understand them. Watch tutorials on You Tube to work out how to do things you don't know how to do. Your impatience towards computers is actually impatience towards you. A computer is a dumb, inanimate object that does nothing other than gather dust until you start to use it. So address your competency and you address your impatience towards them.

Can’t help with the computers but if you want to learn to become more tolerant of others I’d suggest some basic reading into insights would be a good start - something like “surrounded by idiots” Thomas Erikson would be a good place to start.

the older i get the less i have,
years ago, i've had explained something to someone that doesn't understand things, now unless i really have to,
i dont bother

That's because my hobby, my knowledge and my business are all the same so there is internal conflict. Your hobby is my business so you expect something for nothing whereas I need to be paid. I get tapped up for free info everyday, it doesn't pay the wages.
That aside i'm always short and to the point, that's the way I am, you either take it or leave it. There are plenty of people who understand that, me, then work around it and reap the benefits. There are those that it offends and they walk away, that's their loss for being narrow minded.

You either accept someone for what they are and work with them, or not, that's your choice.

I'm not sure I'd take issue with very much you have said here, but it's a somewhat different tone and question from your OP isn't it?

Yes I understand you're point of view on giving info as I am also skilled and self employed. It gets frustrating but one has to speculate to accumulate. But I do understand there is a limit.

Being short and to point is fine also,for you. But if it offends a potential customer then it's you also that loses out.
I'm not really sure where you are coming from with people being narrow minded though.

What I do know,now,is that life is a lot more pleasant and healthy when one can be more approachable and chilled.

You clearly have no intention of changing the way you are, and I am not saying you should, but why ask only to shoot everyone down because you know best?

How do you know it is not your loss rather than theirs?

Maybe actually you are the narrow minded one not others.

If you drink stop drinking or massively cut down. The anxiety I've had all of my adult life has faded away with sobriety and therefore I feel and seem to be less snappy and more resilient.
