A lot of manufacturers for whatever reason don't sell the seal separate, instead you have to buy a whole new fuel cap, well i'm not doing that.
Searched everywhere and cant find one. Ebay has loads for Suzuki bikes but none of them are the correct measurements or for the correct model of my bike (VL800):

Outside diameter 63mm
Inside diameter 36mm
Thickness 2.5mm outside
6mm inside thickness (has a lip type thing)

It needs replacing as its hard, cracked and letting fuel vapor through.

Last option is to use the old one as a template and just buy a sheet of Nitrile or Viton and cut one out myself.

Maybe you are lucky here :

Check out if they have your exact type & year, or if other types/years used the same tank cap.

What about somewhere like this? I’ve used them over the years for replacing OE stuff on cars at a fraction of the cost and they tend to have everything you’d need and more. No idea if they’ll be open though at the moment.
