VW tyres and wheels promotion 2013/4

Around 2013 VW ran a promotion in their in house magazine that they would offer 4 steel wheels fitted with Bridgestone Blizzaks, the deal included lifetime storage and free fitting of the wheels at the dealership for as a long as you had the car. The cost was about £620.

I think that other VW dealers still provide this service such as the Pullman Group

The supplying dealer of the wheels was Sytner, I bought a set and for the past few years the dealership has been chelping that they dont want to store the tyres. I understand why of course, they never thought that 7 years later I would still be going back to the dealers with the original car and asking them to swap the wheels. The dealers say that they have no evidence of the offer. The difficulty for me is that I have nowhere to store the tyres and no easy means of carrying the wheels to a garage to have them fitted. We checked the terms of this offer before agreeing to go ahead and would not have gone ahead if the dealer was to renege on the deal.

This is a long shot.

Would anyone happen to have back issues of VW magazine that had the tyre and wheel offer?

Agreed, all I have is receipt showing that the garage is supplying the wheels.
