MP3gain not working on Linux Mint Tricia
Discussion
Seem to have made a big mistake when backing up and transferring all music, have ended up deleting the original files that had been run through mp3gain on Windows 7
Now being away from Windows, am having great difficulty in getting MP3gain working on Linux Mint Tricia
Have installed MP3gain and a front end for it but all it does is show a processed text when it's obvious no scan or adjustments have been made
Does anyone here use MP3gain with a GUI that works and if so where can I download a .deb file, install with the package manager or terminal
The green bar in the images appears instantly when clicking analyse or gain, it doesn't scan

Solved, found an Appimage that runs out of the box https://bintray.com/probono/AppImages/easyMP3Gain#...
Grabbed a random MP3 file and ran it through MP3 Diagnostics

Ran the Appimage and loaded the same MP3 file

Analysed the MP3

Ran it through Gain - Track Gain

Ran the processed MP3 through MP3 Diagnostics which showed an APE tag had been written to the file
