Lost one of my twenty percenters :(

Hey All,

There is no question, its just a statement! I thought I was weathering the CV19 business storm ok. No real loss of customers yet. Then it happened on Friday... As the saying goes, twenty percent of customers are responsible for eighty percent of your business.

One of my twenty percenters cancelled all work from now through to November. I understand because most of their revenue is derived from big IT events. It's quite a big hit to me though, means a loss of several thousand They haven't gone under but it's not pretty.

Thank god this is just my sideline.

Lets hope we get can all get back on-track asap once this is all over

Good job you have that 2 year cushion, you are still in a much better situation than many and it is only your sideline, so stop worrying
