Trim for SL 55 R230

Looking to replace the gear knob on my R230 SL55 as its very worn. Can anyone point me to a company that sell them? Had a look on eBay but they all look a bit cheap. It does have keyless start so button on top of gear selector. Cheers.

Not sure if you've got sorted by now but I've the same car. Mine is getting a bit rough on the back edge where your fingertips would be.
Rather than replacing the whole lever maybe get a trim shop to look at it? I'd imagine they'd do a better job and cheaper.

Still looking around to get this done. Really like the look of this but its not cheap at £500. Anyone any experience of them or suggest something similar. My car does have the start/stop button on it.
