Went to Basildon again yesterday (once again, don't ask!). Had a clear run through the Dartford Tunnel.

even in a FHC that is a fantastic blast with a clear run through the tunnel

Yes - when I bought my car I had to drive it home via the tunnel - great fun, especially when changing down!

thats the good thing about my job live in essex work in dartford and my wife wonders why i take the wedge to work coming home 3rd gear flat out

I live in Stevenage and work in South Mimms..so i travel down the A1M and through the Hatfield tunnel twice a day...

When i can, i slow it down, drop it down into 3rd...then.....
