Cant see any thread running on this which surprises me. Denturist dresses as a cop, makes his car look like a police car and goes on a murder spree.

Looks pretty awful. Set fire to peoples' houses and shot them as they fled.

Really surprised more people aren't interested in this. Pretty serious event and still not certain what the count will finish at by the sound of it.

As this sort of happening is a fairly regular event over the border in the U.S.A. perhaps people are no longer surprised or shocked when it occurs?

More unusual in Canada, but their gun laws are fairly liberal as blasting wildlife is a big deal there.

It's not going get much of a look in here as live coverage of the applauding of the NHS takes precedence, a family of
5 who didn't applaud in Reading last time have been sent to the re-education camp on the isle of man.

Just seen this on the news. I'm surprised it took them 12 hours to end it.

One of the many news stories overshadowed by the coronavirus pandemic.

As of noon today local time the current number of victims is 22 , it may still increase . Why the RCMP didn’t send out an alert for people to stay home is bewildering, fairly certain over a 12 hour period some deaths could have been prevented . They really don’t do themselves any favours through their lack of public information, no doubt nothing will be done with them , yet again , and they wonder why Joe Bloggs has no respect for their para military attitudes!

HRH issued a statement today regarding Canada as she celebrates a quiet birthday. That is what we read here in the states.

More liberal than UK, Australia and NZ perhaps, but nowhere near as liberal as the USA. Canadian laws are much more strict than their neighbour over the border.......although indications are this nutjob wasn't in legal possession of them anyway.
He was clearly planning this horrible act for some time, given the fake cop car and CMP uniform etc used.

My in-laws live in Truro NS, they were told to stay in doors by both the RCMP and Truro police.
