MOT fail? Daft electrical fault

My Clio 197 has a well known fault with its UCH where it now stopped the front fogs, trip computer button and sidelights working.
Dipped beam, full beam and cornering lights work fine.
Used ones need coded(tried one)
Checked wiring and bulbs which seem fine.
Do the little side light bulbs not working equal major MOT fail? MOT inspector opinion very welcome.
Would bypassing them so they go on with ignition pass MOT?

Inoperative side lights will be a fail, front fog lights are not tested.

They are but only for cars made after 1 march 18
So very few cars will be tested for this yet
