They may 'feel' seized, but they're probably just really tight. The other thing to bear in mind is that if there's still an nominal amount of pressure in the system, this will make undoing them difficult as well unless, of course, you;re certain that the air-con is defnitely kaput.
Either way, they should undo. Eventually.

I meant the fasteners holding the condensers in place, I haven't tried the air con pipes yet but they've got chunky allen bolts so I'm less concerned with them. It's the torx screws I'm struggling with, already 2 torx drives down (one decent one, one cheap one). Waiting on delivery of dremel discs.
The rads will be on the way out too, it's the crud that accumulates, worth doing the lot, and fitting black mesh behind the grilles (invisible, I actually remembered I have it because I am writing about it) to prevent a repeat occurrence. As for the, if memory serves screws or bolts into the rad (been a while) you can only use brute force and prayer.
Rads are on the way and will be here on Monday, the battle continues with rusty fasteners and the rads aren't off yet. Condenser order is on hold as there's a part out of stock. Took the condensers off and the rads have rock hard crud on them that I don't want to touch. Hoping I can get those plastic mounts off as they're not cheap. Even the clips holding the rads on have rusted solid.
