Barclays fixed rate - any way predict if they will change?

Hi,

We have a split mortgage. The main part is with Barclays at a tracker and exists for the life of the mortgage. Its an excellent rate even with normal base rates and we are unlikely to leave it in the foreseeable future.

The rest of the mortgage is on a ten year fixed, with 4 and a bit years to run. It has to remain with Barclays as otherwise we can't keep the tracker.

Although I'm waiting to confirm, my calculations are that we could save by switching to a new 10 year fixed.

So the question is - is there anyway I can find out if they are likely to change their rates in the near future or at least when they last changed?
