Buzzing Ctek

Came out to hear very loud buzzing from charger this morning, been plugged in for about three weeks now, turned off at wall socket and noise stopped immediately turned on buzzed immediately.... turned off, unplugged, car fired first turn of key all good.... any of you guys experienced same?

Mine gets hot at first but no noise.

Mine is silent, even though it's been plugged in for over 5 months.

I reckon it's knackered, and I'd be worried about leaving a malfunctioned one plugged into my car too, who knows what it might be doing ?

Check the pins on the connector to the battery - mine was doing this, the pins weren't making good contact unless I wriggled the connector about a bit.

I bent the pins slightly so they were making more firm contact with their opposites in the other half of the connector and it was fine.

I originally had the AM branded battery conditioner (probably made by CTek) and mine went on the blink with the loud buzzing you describe.
I replaced it with this
