what options? children's contact

Hi,
Will try to make this as brief as possible. After my ex and I separated I gained custody of our 3 children. She has now got 2 more children who my 3 used to see every weekend, The problem is over the past 2/3 months she's made excuses and not allowing my 3 to visit. My 3 don't care about their Mum, but are very upset that they cant see their other brother and sister. They have tried face timing but she always says they are in bed/bath/eating/ napping.
It's really frustrating for me as I have no legal rights, but is there any options, legally, that my children can do?

A lot of people have had shared care arrangements thrown into disarray recently perhaps understandably to some degree, but you say 2/3 months so presumably this isn’t driven by any CV related concerns about the younger siblings?

Would be interesting to see what the legally knowledgable PHers have to say... I wouldn’t have thought she can be forced to accommodate them if she really doesn’t want to. You have the opposite problem to most of us who have been through child contact disputes. A sad situation which can only have a detrimental impact on the kids.

@Durzel. I would have agreed, but this started a few weeks before the social distancing was put in place.

@theboss I admit I was lucky to get full custody of my 3, like you said, opposite to most peoples situation and in the end it's the kids that suffer.
