I've been watching a lot of youtube regarding drop shipping and decided to have a look out on eBay to see what kind of products are currently being dropshipped. I've come across a number of sellers selling BMW M branded items, how do eBay sellers in the UK get away with selling BMW "M" badges, gearknobs, M performance bodykits etc without hiding the logos on their adverts?

On Aliexpress where a lot of these items seem to be from and in the photos, the BMW and M logo's are blurred or photoshopped out, yet eBay allows sellers to sell these products without hiding the logo. Is there a loophole on eBay or is it a case of not being a bit enough issue for anyone to care about?

I expect eBay will only look at anything if it's reported. Try reporting one and see what happens.

I think the term is 'Winging it'.

I wanted a gear knob for an M3 a couple of years ago and I had some on watch, some had disappeared when I looked again so I think Ebay does try.
