nothing wrong with that, we only see part of the video and we hear a 'slitting throat' comment in that small clip so I would assume there were plenty of threats made prior to the nut getting stuck on the wee tube!

To be fair, that’s the voice of the member of staff who was also threatened. Other sites have a longer, unedited version.

I dare say the 'victim' has now laid it on thick to the Police because he's been humiliated via viral video. Had it not gone viral he'd have probably had nothing to do with the 5-0, as he would undoubtedly call them.

Not sure if legal to use physical violence in pre-emptive self defence to someones verbal threats. Maybe someone can comment?

Sure had he not "nipped it in the bud" with the Glasgow Kiss then it might have escalated physically as these things often do when the CHAV scum class scumbag doesn't get what he wants or doesn't "win" a verbal arguement.
