Insurance for my Wedge

Ok fellow Wedgers, insurance running out soon need to get it sorted who are you lot with? Im 40 odd got a 350i 1987 in the garage for weekends only 5000 miles just been quoted £318 by TVR club insurance. Anybody got a better idea ??

Bit older than you, and both my Wedges are around the £200 mark (each) fully comp, 5000 miles. Clean licence.

I changed from AON to Classic line, mainly because they wanted a ridiculous amount for some very minor mods, standard quote was ok but Classic line still came in cheaper.

Just changed from 'Norton Heritage' to 'Classicline'

Fully comp, 3000 miles pa, agreed value etc..£248

It bettered the NH quote by £108

Just for sake of interest, I pay $196 for insurance on the TVR and the Mustang over here. I've had them insured for years and there has never any questions about added spark plugs or other modifications. Graham "clean" licence? That pretty new toy in the barn has the ability to soil that.

Peart for aroun £500 odd but its 10,000 miles and a moded motor. That threw a lot of insurers and a lot of the TVR normals were around the £yourjokingright?
