Vinyl Seat cleaner

Good evening,

I have some pretty expensive designer vinyl chairs I picked up a while back for my shop.
They are really good condition but the vinyl in places is a little dirty, they are brown and cream in colour.

On some of the cream is hair dye.

So, first off I would like to give them a clean and then condition them.
Secondly, can you recommend anything to remove the stain or something I can apply to the arm; perhaps a colour matched product?

I have seen megueries degreaser being used on boat vinyls and the results look damn good, also the old magic eraser for removing the dye; Iam hesitant using a ME as I know it abraids the surface.

Any info would be most useful
