I’m running a quiz for work via Teams on Friday night and wondered if its possible to link some music through for the it for a music round? I tried my Amazon Music account earlier and whilst i could hear it my end the people on my Yeams call couldn’t.....

It'll be part of the noise cancelling as part of Teams - cancel out any system noise (ie so conference calls arent deluged by bleeps etc when people get emails) I think there is a setting to allow computer sound to be transferred over teams. have a look in device settings.

you need to share your systems sounds ..
it means they will hear email pings and the like

There might be some mechanism to stop you sharing music via teams as it could be viewed as some kind of unlicensed broadcasting.

There isn't. You can share the sound of whatever it is you're sharing on screen. Just share the specific app that the sound is coming from and you won't get system sounds. Look out for the checkbox top left of the sharing pane.

When you share your screen, you have the option to include system audio.
