[Motoring Widow]

He has left the building. Some peace at last after months of talking about it he is actually doing it. This is his third year going and it doesn't get any better. Don't get me wrong I can understand the appeal of a motor race but not the twelve months of build up to it bordering on obsessive.

I am sure he will have fun as will all of you going but please spare a little thought for those of us left behind with the kids.

I am getting together with three other Le mans widows and their children. Beach, BBQ, wine, wine, wine! and lots of good gossip.

Had enough of oh! I just need to get the exhaust done, the rad replaced along with the tyres.

Anyway I'm sure that they will all have loads of fun, but more importantly so will we.
