Does anyone have or use a Logitech BCC950 conference cam?
Discussion
If you do, I am trying to find out one piece of info...
Does it have some software that lets you control the Pan/Tilt so you don't have to use the hardware buttons or the remote?
I am planning on controlling the PTZ element via remote desktop connection (I have to remote into the machine anyway, so don't need some Far-End control solution if the logitech software will do what I want locally on the machine).
Failing that... any other PTZ webcams that don't cost a fortune? (I don't understand how you can buy a PTZ Wifi security camera for about 50 quid. Yet a USB version from the likes of Sony, Panasonic, PTZ Optics, is thousands).
I can't have a Wifi one because of security concerns, so it has to be USB into a machine.
Edit: Seems Zoom has baked in Far-End controls that work with this camera. Anyone used it?
