Classiest bike manufacturer?

The Italian marques are always synonymous with 'classy'.
Wilier, Colnago, Cinelli.
Cippolini if you want an aero option rivalling Trek/Specialized.
If Italian, must have a Campagnolo groupset and wheels, obviously.
I like the technology of Trek, hence I prefer the American brand and Shimano just works really well albeit I like SRAM too but again, for its tech. But none of this is 'classy' and more just very good and well-made.

As capable as they might be, I wouldn’t describe the likes of Cippolini, Pinarello and Look as classy.

Edit: the one above looks more sensible than some of the other stuff with strange forks and top tube.

A Colnago Concept is classy in the same way that an Audi S4 is classy. It's expensive, will impress some but ultimately isn't really worth the money.The Colnago concept looks like a potential.
If you want a bike that exudes class look for ones with a high quality paint finish without garish detailing.
It’s all subjective but Cervelo 
Depends what you want steel, ti or carbon?
For me Colnago are classy but probably the C64 or for timeless class a Master.
Legend and Sarto are others.
For steel you could look at Pegoretti although they are more niche. Stelbel are nice and their colour matched components look good and not ott.

I seem to recall him extolling the virtues of some long-forgotten MTB a while back. He'd be better off selling overpriced and under-quality clothing to the terminally naive.
Even as a Cervelo fan boy, I’d struggle to call them classy... they’re great bikes but just not special in that sense. I get what you’re after but I think any carbon frame will leave you cold. You want something that’s been created rather than manufactured?
Personally I’d argue anything metal; steel, aluminium or titanium is still classy. I’d look for an Enigma, Van Nicholas or Cinelli. The Cinelli Vigorelli is a lovely thing
