Rear off side earth strap

The rear off side earth strap, the one bolted to the chassis by the top shock mounting, has broken off at the other end , what should it be attached to? The same strap on the nearside disappears through a hole in the boot floor ,no such hole on the off side..

Yes I think so , Fingers Crossed she should be running again by the weekend., so can test things then.

All the rear lighting earths are connected to that chassis earth.

Having just restored mine, I’ve got the back of engine and NSF chassis as the only grounds and that’s it + Everything works Lol. I have noticed all the other grounds tie into that metal mesh stuck to the inside of the fibreglass to reduce AM/FM interference (not something I guess we have issues with these days)
