Just tried to fill up my 5 series and the pump clicked off every 50p or so.
I would think it’s a dodgy pump but this is the second time in a row this has happened, third pump.
Filled it up last week and had to move onto another pump. This was a Murco garage with old pumps.
Filled it today and tried on two different pumps with no success.

Is there an issue on the E60 with this? Or have I just been unlucky in my pump selection.

It’s a petrol car, 550i.

I had this occasionally on my E61 550i (and less often on other cars). Nozzle doesn't want to be all the way in - needed to hold it back a cm or so.

Yeah, I have had it before on other cars, but today I put it on two separate pumps which made me think.
Every pump that’s done this has been a fairly old on though, maybe it’s that.
Thanks.

I haven't had that problem on my E61 550i, hopefully just the pumps
