What's your COVID-19 choice?

Or choices. (Apart from not to have it in or near you or your family obvs.)

In the lockdown I find I'm wearing plain-ish 'functional' watches like an FOIS numbered Edition, GS Snowflake (currently) and this Breguet Marine Big Date (from tomorrow or the next day given the date that is showing).




I have no real interest in and see no point in wearing 'prettier', dressy, precious metal watches given I've nowhere much to go and no-one to see.

Have any of you changed your watch-wearing habits in these COVID lockdown times?

I thought a Breguet Marine Big Date is a very dressy and not very functional watch.

And - if you are at home, nobody can see your watch anyway. You could wear a rainbow diamond set Daytona in YG and noone would care.

Not a conscious decision, but I’ve found myself wearing my Seiko Sumo more regularly than usual - just seems to suit kicking round the house, homeschooling, exercising and doing general household stuff.

I can see my watch. Rubber strap = non-dressy for me.

I think you're missing the point. Deciding which watch is (very?) often a subjective decision.

I haven't worn any of my 'smarter' watches since at least lock down and whilst I usually wear a G-Shock around the house (for me it's the equivalent of a comfy pair of trackie bottoms and a T) and to work I've been wearing my Tuna every day for the last week and get my kicks by swapping to something else when I do the supermarket shop.

Agreed with the thrills! After posting last night I decided that I should wear my Seamaster today to work from home!

I normally say to the missus 'Which watch shall I wear today' and, whilst she doesn't give a st, she usually suggests one and I go with that.

Having spent my 40th in lockdown the last few days have been mostly wearing my present:

Tissot T-touch. It has a handy temperature function, though about 5 - 5.5 degrees out from a proper temperature reading, it's a useful monitor when you actually have CV.

Me too. Fenix 3 since it started. Rolex have my sea dweller while they violate me for a massive service cost. OP and Sub in safe.
