Hi all

Pretty much what it says on the tin.

The usual shop I use has folded recently, earlier retirement for the owner.

Is there anywhere PH would recommend for good work at sensible prices?

I am looking to have the car taken down to the body work and then completely re-painted. I am in London, but happy to travel for the right place.

Many thanks.

Whereabouts are you based and what is the vehicle?

Edit: Sorry, missed the bit that said 60s Alfa as it was on any line below on my phone!

Ian Ellis in Sussex (nr Lewes I think?) is well regarded for Alfa restoration work.

I haven't used them for a few years, OSC in Chessignton is worth a try. They work on anything from an old min through to gullwing Mercs and classic Ferraris. Rob was the man to talk to.
