Echo dots only play 1 song

I’ve got 3 echo dots around the house, a group setup for all of them, so we have seamless music. But since yesterday, when I play playlists, it plays 1 song then stops. I’ve reset all the dots, re paired them and still the same issue. Reset WiFi etc.

Seems online there are a few posts on this, I’ve tried everything I’ve found, nothing. I wonder if it’s a service issue? Anyone else having issues?

It has no problem with Alexa finding stuff out, so has connection. Plays the first song no problem. It’s as if it’s set to only play song by song. If I ask Alexa to skip to the next song, it works. Just won’t auto do it.

Mine were playing a playlist fine last night and the night before.

Ours were churning through many Steve Earle songs yesterday with no problems.

My sons did this and I had to do the usual unplug and plug in again trick.

Try saying "shuffle my playlist" and see if it plays any other song. This will determine if it thinks there's only one song actually in the playlist.

It depends what system that playlist is from. Spotify, Amazon, Apple etc
Check you still have valid access to all the songs.

Shuffle does work. The play lists are there it just won’t move on to the next song itself. I can tell it to move forward via voice or the app, fine.

This is all playlists across apple and amazon music.

Amazon have confirmed, via chat, it’s a problem their end.
