I'm not a particularly experienced ebay seller but I've sold a few things and read about the various common scams (on here mainly). I've had a bloke with zero feedback bid £1015.00 on an item I've listed which is worth about £75-80. His profile says he's in Mexico. I can't see how to exclude him from bidding or cancel his bid if that's possible. (is it?) I've seen there is a "buyer requirements" section where I can exclude bidders from countries I don't want to post to, but that does not appear to block every country except UK, only a selection of randoms.
Any ideas what I can do or will I have to cancel and relist? - I've already had to do that once as the buyer was supposedly told the day he submitted the winning bid that he'd been furloughed so could no longer afford the item. (I gave him the benefit of the doubt in a moment of extreme softheartedness)

If they have bid way over the top then it will definitely be a scam of some sort .
Many of the options on Ebay are more easily accessible on the full desk top site ( PC or laptop).
You can remove bids and limit the shipping to UK only .

ETA: got it now. There are multiple ways to do the same thing, oddly. I've found the way that worked. Thanks for your help.
