How to recover a deleted Facebook post

[geek84]

Hi Folks

I hope you're all well and keeping safe.

I deleted one of my Facebook posts accidently. Can someone kindly tell me if I can recover this?

I have tried to follow the Facebook help instructions but it didn't work.

Thank You

You cant undelete a post no.
All you can do is download all your data and sift through that. They say your deleted posts will be in that.
Thats your only option.
