Almost every single post about this audi you have made points to one thing, some sort of anxiety about the car you have chosen.
Phone them, email them and ask....honestly OP not being funny but you have been trying to justify this purchase through others on here for a while now.
Maybe take some time out to have a think and decide what you want?

If it's a stock vehicle I think they'll be reasonable as long as they haven't already transported it from another facility, at which point they may ask for the cost of this.
Due to them closing they wouldn't have sold it to anyone else so I believe you'll be okay, in the current climate you won't be the first or last to do this.

If they want to play hard ball they can enforce the contract you have. You only need a written contract for land and intellectual property.
If they haven't registered the car, or done anything about clearing the finance, they are likely to let you walk away.
There are a number of other possibilities in between.
