Well, actually it will be my girlfriend's car, but I plan to drive it too! We pick up the car on Saturday - a Cherry Red 1997 450 avertised on Pistonheads. Think it will give my car (M5 E39) a run for it's money!

Looking forward to your help and advice in the future! Any advice on suppliers of replacement carpert sets appreciated.

Just realised that between us, we arent really what you would call environmentally friendly - 16 cyls and 685 bhp! Oh well....

hi! E39 and Chim 450 - my last two cars - unfortunately my 'five' wasn't 'M'. The 450 is reasonably 'user friendly', and lack of power won't be a problem,-think,289 Cobra accellaration,You'll never be bored.. forget the environment - ever followed a bus ?There is a company called 'Coverdale Carpets'.Happy polluting!
