Help please, 92 plate 4.3 Griff camshaft kits, engine standard apart from Act trumpets and induction hose as well Clive ford's equal length manifolds, what would be a good company so to speak., possibly do headgaskets while it's stripped

There is nothing wrong with the 4.3's original Kent H214 fast road cam or the modern equivalent is V8 development’s Stealth Cam which is very similar and also a very good compromise. The Kent 218 is the MOT friendly version of the original H214.

I wouldn’t go much lairier unless you can live with a little slow speed shunting around town and at 1,800 rpm.

G33 produced a great page on cams with input from Rob Robertson at V8 Devs..

The MC1 is a good all rounder, the Stealth Is a step up but requires pocketed pistons so I was told a year ago.
Both good cams but are more expensive than the rest.

TVR Powers 885 is supposed to be a nice all round real world cam too wink would need to check if pistons need valve notches however with supplier, mentioned already but Realsteel have a good range of camshafts too and know the RV8 well

4.3 always has the valve reliefs, they have a much shallower bowl than others (effectively being 3.9 pistons with the bit that would have stuck through the top of the block due to the longer stroke, machined off) so they're something of a necessity especially seeing as the standard cam on these was the 214 which has pretty high lift...

After long deliberation I went with the 885 cam which suits the revvy nature of the car well and displays no driveability quirks at the other end of the rpm/load scale, I don't think you can do a lot better than this...
