2015 VW Polo GTI EPC light

Car newbie here. I'm looking to buy a 2015 Polo GTI, should I be worried about this EPC light on the rev meter? Is this a light that just blips on upon start-up or is this likely to be an actual problem? Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

As long as it goes out once the engine is started and doesn't come on while it's running, it's nothing to worry about.
