Does this look like regular wear to you or something going on ?
Multistrada 7500 miles , and original chain set .
Been cleaning it up and notice the shapes made by the chain

Any views please

Is it worn similarly on the other side? If it is one-sided wear then there may be an alignment issue between the front and rear sprockets but there will always be wear to some degree. Generally sprockets wear to a hooked appearance - the teeth look OK in the pic.

Have exactly the same pattern on my Monster, same both sides, it's just the slight chain movement rubbing against the side of the teeth.
