I was at least expecting a coma. Or perhaps she was “another” young corona victim who died while thinking only of protecting a health service? But no .. nada.

... colleague fell off bike ... 3rd top story in the world

You would 'expect' Carol to have been taken to hospital in a coma? Really?

I see you are trolling so will not reply. Bye!

Bit of a non story, yes. But creating a thread about a non story just to moan about how much of a non story it is seems pretty hypocritical.

And now I've commented on the thread and continued the cycle.

Lovely lady falls off bicycle.

What's wrong with that as a news item?

No word about the circumstances of the accident, on the BBC site and here ?

Seems she didn´t "fall off her bike" but was knocked off by a car driver ?

Op, have a day off.

It’s buried down the bottom of the website in the entertainment and arts section behind a ton of other subsections and believe it or not, it is actual news for some people.

Some people just seem to go out of their way to be outraged...

To be fair to the op, it was at the top of the home page this morning.

Still didn’t make it any less of a st non story though.

The Road Wars fuzz would have been all over it .
