Torque settings (EGR Valve)

Hi there. I'm installing a new EGR valve on my 4.3 Vantage. Does anyone know the correct torque settings for the two bolts that secure it to the engine?

Here's hoping someone has an answer.

It's not abundantly clear, according to page 3-1-5 of the workshop manual.

"EGR pipe and exhaust manifold flanges bolt torque settings 25Nm or 18lb/ft"

I'm assuming it means the flange to the intake manifold
