I bought some veal tomahawk steaks from my local butcher last weekend. Having never cooked veal before, I ran to the web for a recipe and found that they seem to need a lot longer cooking than a "normal" steak. Anyone have any experience of cooking them? I was thinking of some kind of lemony / rosemary type thing with potato salad on Friday night.

Treat it no different than to good beef (after all, thats what it is). Ribeye veal, nice medium so you can render the fat out with loads of flaked salt would be my choice. Maybe a bit of rosemary or thyme and garlic but not lemon for me.
