Young lady claiming to be abuse victim

I saw this shared on social media yesterday (quite far reaching by the looks of it). Young lady from Barrow-in-Furness claiming that she was drugged and used for sex by gangs of men. She put up images of the injuries she’d suffered and stated she’s not the only one in the area going through the same thing.

Police response suggests the result of the 12 month investigation is that she was the only individual arrested. For allegedly breaching her bail conditions (I assume posting up the information) they’ve charged her with perverting the course of justice.

So I’m guessing she’s either a fantasist who won’t let it go, or the police are doing a Rochdale in which case she felt no other option but to go public with it.
