Help Oracle ODBC Drivers needed

Hoping someone can help me out here, I need the ODBC drivers for Win 2K that will work with Oracle 8i.

Tried downloading them from Oracle but their download site is closed for maintenance at the moment.

Could anyone mail it to me?

I don't have the Oracle Installation Kit available either but it looks like there is a download that contains the installer anyway.

Hoping someone can help, perhaps mail me first through my profile or leave a message here.

When I proceed through all the agreements and finally get to start the download it reports

I have the installation media for 8.1.7 or 9i clients, pretty big though.
