End of lease costs/charges

How long does it generally take to get a final bill? Car was collected 2 weeks ago and not heard a thing (despite the guy collecting pointing out a few small dings etc).

He gave me an estimated cost for repairs at the time, but said the car was going straight to auction. Do the lease companies sometimes simply waive the charges?
