Audi R8

Good afternoon all,

I am considering buying an Audi R8. I am looking at the bottom end of the markets but think I have decided that it has to be a manual v8 as opposed to r-tronic. I would like the v10 manual but I would be stretching myself, so it’s not a option.

I’ve looked on various sites of things to look for but does anyone have any experience of things I should look out for in relation to problem areas and just generally living with them as a daily etc? I’ve seen that cracked chassis’ are mentioned in early models but no idea how to check for that.

Any help is appreciated.
