Self diagnosed but had it a few times before so pretty sure. Aside from ibruprofen and lying on the painful side any suggestions? If its not gone by Tuesday I'll be onto the doc as the last time (a few months ago) I needed antibiotics.
Just to add, it (and the cough/lupus/iritus) is being caused by rheumatism, was great when I was on a low dose steroid but obs. not a good idea right now!i

I presume that you are being, or have been seen by a consultant rheumatologist and not just letting your GP manage this?
I'd contact the rheumatologist for advice.
I am and also opthamology who I saw last Thursday and referred me to respiratory but told that could take a few weeks. I'd contact the rheumatologist for advice.
Just looking for any other things than popping ibruprofen every four hours before the GP is back open on Tuesday.
